Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Gianni & Gelato General Trading LLC. We strive to ensure that all our customers are fully satisfied with our products and services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, refunds, and warranties are handled.

 


 

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All machines sold by Gianni & Gelato General Trading LLC are covered by a minimum 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that may arise during normal use of the machine.

  • During the warranty period, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective parts or equipment free of charge.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation made by the client.

  • Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts.

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Issues caused by external factors such as electrical faults, water damage, or accidents.


 

2. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

 


 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or customized.

  • Perishable goods or consumables (such as powders, mixes, or food ingredients).

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers.

 


 

4. Return Procedure

  • Order details (invoice or receipt)

  • Photos or videos (where applicable)

Once approved, we will provide instructions on returning the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

 


5. Liability Disclaimer

Gianni & Gelato General Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund as outlined in this policy.

 


 

6. Governing Law

This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
